Who we are

Growth on Record Marketing Agency operates growthonrecord.com. Privacy questions: hello@growthonrecord.com.

What we collect

• Market Record answers: business name, industry, goal, customer type, city, how you serve customers, website address, and budget range.
• Contact details: your name, email, and phone number when you unlock a report or send an inquiry, plus any message you write.
• Campaign source: the campaign tags in the link you arrived from (for example utm_source), when present and allowed.
• Optional analytics: if you allow analytics, a random visitor ID and the pages and report steps you view. Analytics never includes your name, email, or phone.

How we use it

We use your answers to prepare your report, and your contact details to deliver it and respond to your request, including by phone. We use analytics to understand which pages and campaigns help. Promotional messages are sent only if you separately opt in, and you can withdraw at any time.

Your choices

You can decline analytics; the report and forms still work. Change your choice anytime with "Analytics choices" in the footer. You can ask to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing us.

Retention

Reports that are prepared but never unlocked are deleted after 7 days. Unlocked reports stay reachable by their private link for 180 days. Lead records are kept while we're working with you and deleted on request, or reviewed for deletion after 24 months of inactivity.

Storage and access

Information is stored with our hosting provider and is accessible only to the agency owner and staff assigned to your inquiry.
